What is thixomolding?
Thixomolding is an injection process of a semi-molten (thixotropy) magnesium alloy.
Magnesium chips made by cutting magnesium alloys are heated in the cylinder of a molding machine and injection molded into the mold without being exposed to the atmosphere.
What is thixotropy?
The phenomenon is that the viscosity decreases and the fluidity increases by applying a shearing force to semi-molten alloy to granulate the solid phase.

①. Before-sale service
1. Investment budget: to provide product analysis. Budget for casting equipment and its auxiliary devices. Human resource allocation budget service.
2. Plant planning: to provide equipment arrangement, workshop ventilation, gas exhaust, water transportation, wiring, hoisting equipment design service. 3. Equipment overhaul: providing various casting dedicated equipment overhaul service.
②. In-sale service
1. Peripheral information: to provide injection molding machine peripheral equipment suppliers, such as water towers, furnaces, molds, polishing devices, air compressors, etc
2. Machine foundation: to provide machine foundation drawings and to assist customers in making foundations.
3. Production assistance: to assist customers in preparing for injection molding production.
4. Machine installation: When the machine arrives at the customer's factory, the professional and technical personnel will pick it up and guide the customer through installing water, electricity, gas, and other utilities.
5. Personnel support: to recommend casting professionals for customers.
6. Training support: to provide customers with training service.
③. After-sale service
1. It will be available within 48 hours after receipt of a customer’s repair report by telephone. (It will depend on the traffic situation if it is a remote area).
2. Trial service: Customers will be provided with trial service, and customers’ personnel will receive on-site training.
3. Machine maintenance: warranty and free materials within one year (except hot work pieces, quick-wear parts, and man-made damage) and lifelong repair.
4. Regular visit: regular visit to customers to guide customers to use and maintain the machines.
5. Technical support: Dedicated mold and process engineers to assist customers in solving difficulties and problems in the production process to improve customers’ product quality.
6. Maintenance support: to recommend professional repair personnel for large customers to ensure timely repair and reduce repair cost.
④. Charging standards for after-sale service
1. No cost of components will be charged within the warranty period (except man-made factors) and service fees.
2. The cost of components and appropriate service fees will be charged beyond the warranty period (1 year).
Packing and Shipping
1. The machines are usually transported by bare machines. The key parts (such as electric boxes, electrical components, hydraulic components, etc.) shall be packed with pearl cotton and plastic films. The mechanical parts shall be coated with butter, which is moisture-proof and rust-proof to be suitable for long-distance transportation.
2. The Seller shall consign the goods according to the buyer's request.
Acceptance
1. Acceptance standards: to be accepted based on the requirements set out in the technical agreement and acceptance standards provided by the seller.
2. Acceptance procedures: Acceptance will be divided into factory acceptance and final acceptance.
3. At the time of factory acceptance, the seller shall provide certificates of quality and a record of factory test signed by professional personnel (including test data and major parts and components of the equipment, and record of raw material inspection, etc).
4. Final acceptance shall be performed on the buyer’s installation site. Inspection of various performances of equipment and test acceptance shall be performed subject to the acceptance standards and technical agreements.
